When the ball hits someone's body,
Apologize first.

If the ball hit by a player shot a companion or someone else, continue playing from where the ball stopped. There is no penalty.
It should not happen, but sometimes players are too much into playing a game and forget confirming safe conditions.
If such a thing happens, apologize at first before rushing to follow the ball. Make sure to ask if the person is not injured. Not caring others could make the game mood very bad.
If the ball (hit a tree etc.,) bounces back and hits the body of the player, add penalty and continue playing from where the ball stopped.
