Any penalties are an addition of two strokes.
To make the rule easier, all penalties shall add two strokes.

Penalties in park golf such as infraction of the rules, breach , or OB are all addition of two strokes.
To make it possible to play beyond generations and to enjoy from that day everyone wanted to start, the rules are made to understand easily.
No penalties shall be added if a player makes a stroke on a ball and it hits a fellow competitor's ball. Replace the moved ball to its original location and the player may leave the ball as it is and continue playing from that position.
If the moved ball is accidentally holed, it shall be returned to the original place where it was stopped.
However, if the players ball enters into a cup, it is considered to be holed.
There is a possibility to hit a fellow competitor's ball such as when two balls are next to each other. In this case, two strokes are added as a penalty. The companion's ball shall be returned to its original position.
Penalty shall be added if the player intentionally stops or hits the ball while the ball is still moving. A ball must be hit after it’s stopped.
