Use of Trademark
Information on Trademark Use
  • PACKEY
  • Nippon Park Golf Association
  • Kumagera (black woodpecker) mark and PACKEY are registered by the Nippon Park Golf Association.
    If you wish to apply for trademark use, please read the regulations carefully concerning trademark use of approval.
  • When using Kumagera (black woodpecker) mark for equipment (hat, shoes, gloves, clothing, club case, ball case, tee marks, tee ground , bulletin board etc.), nameplate, business card, award certificate, company brochure, wrapping paper, package etc., you must apply for trademark use regardless of profit or non-profit, and you must obtain approval.
  • In the case of using for the purpose of profit, use fee is charged.
  • "Trademark use approval seal" is issued for products approved for the purpose of profit, so it must be affixed to that item.
